 Gunther will be one of the guides that will assist you in Sydney and mid north coast areas.
With over 30 years of competition diving experience and winning many titles Gunther is one of the most experienced spearfisherman in Australia!
He has represented Australia on several occasions both as a competitor and team captain in the following countries: Croatia, Spain, Tahiti, Peru, Chile, Brazil, New Zealand, South Africa.
His best position was 13th overall in the World championships in Croatia. He has also socially dived Italy, Greece, Hawaii, Noumea, New Guinea, Bahamas, Mexico and all over Australia.
His best catches to date are a 282Kg Bluefin Tuna, 68Kg Striped Marlin and 60Kg Dogtooth Tuna. He has also cracked the 30kg + mark for most other pelagic species such as Wahoo, Spanish Mackerel, Kingfish, Amberjack, Samson fish and Jewfish.
