Our extended Spearfishing trips are ideal for anyone, whether you are a local or here from overseas to dive some of the best locations on the Eastern Coast of Australia.
If you are a local it will give you a chance to spear different and bigger species at different locations than you may usually dive.
If you are an overseas guest here in Australia trying to catch a piece of some of the best Spearfishing action in the world, then you have come to the right place!
Our safari trips will give you the opportunity to not only dive some of the best locations in Australia but also discover the City of Sydney and many other towns along the East Coast.
You will be diving some of the best dive spots in New South Wales such as Jervis Bay, South West Rocks, Coffs Harbour, and Tweed Heads. All these locations boast incredible dive spots that are renowned for producing some of the best blue water and reef Spearfishing action you can find!
The NSW north coast boasts many great dive locations including islands, offshore reefs and pinnacles, FAD’s (fish aggregation devices) and also onshore diving with many different bottom formations.
In these areas it is possible to encounter many different pelagic species all year round including:
• Kingfish,
• Samson fish,
• Trevally,
• Mac Tuna, Yellowfin and Bluefin Tuna,
• Dolphin fish,
• Spanish Mackerel,
• Wahoo,
• Cobia,
• Sailfish and Marlin.
All these fish are speared regularly in these areas at certain times of the year!
Diving for reef fish can also be exceptional with a huge variety of species including: Jewfish, Snapper, Mangrove jacks, Job fish, Flathead, Cray fish and many others available all year round.
We run either a 3 day weekend expedition or extended safari packages up to 12 days all year round.
These fully guided mobile land based charters are all about having a great time away chasing big pelagics and reef species at different locations along the NSW coast.
For all our safari expeditions you will be travelling in a small group (4-6 divers) with your guide/s by 4WD to each dive location where we will stay for 2 to 5 days depending on conditions.
In our fully guided mobile spearfishing adventures you can expect warm blue water, lots of fish and most of all, lots of fun and great memories (always weather permitting).
Spending time in the company of our experienced guide/s (current and past spearfishing champions) on these expeditions, you will have an opportunity to not only dive with them but also learn all the tips and tricks of the trade on techniques, equipment and fish behaviour.
